Hattvika Lodge consists of three units ; The main house , annexe and Fisherman cottage Suite; Langbua . Hattvika Lodge rents authentic Nordlandshus and its annex and fisherman cottage primarily to the business market . These are rented together or separately. Hattvika Lodge is located in a real fisherman's area, where ambient oozes history. Fishermen surround the main house that stands in their element at havet.Hovedhuset is a modern Nordland high standard and all facilities where you can take the pulse of Lofoten 's charm and tradition , while enjoying modern comfort. The annex is newly built but the style and performance that bring you far back in time. In Langbua by the sea you will find an authentic fisherman's cottage suite. All units have modern bathrooms with heated tile floors for perfect comfort, great beds and an authentic atmosphere that is difficult to find elsewhere . All booking is done via request to the owner. Rent on a weekly basis with Friday as exchange today.
 
Check in the earliest happen at 17:00 and Hattvika Lodge must be vacated no later than 12:00 on departure day.

In the main house there are beds for 7/ 8 people.
The annexe sleeping up to 4 people.
Rorbusuiter in Langbua has beds for 3/4 persons.
 
Smoking and pets are not allowed on Hattvika Lodge!

Weekly Price for Main house: NOK 12.000 , - per week .
Rental price for Annex: NOK 6.000, - per week .
Rental rate for the suite Langbua : NOK 6000, - per week .
 
Included in the rent is 1 set duvet cover , pillowcase , sheet and towel per person.
Compulsory final cleaning of NOK 1.000, - ( main house) / NOK 500 , - (annex building ) / NOK 500 , - ( fisherman suite Langbua ) in addition to rent.
 
All prices are inclusive of VAT .
 
Corporate:
Hattvika Lodge rent out the entire facility for NOK 10,000 , - per day . You will then have all facilities including kitchen / restaurant and all the houses with beds ( total 13 beds ) . Compulsory final cleaning at NOK 3.000 , - is aswell to rent.

All payments of rent happens over invoice Hattvika Lodge . Upon confirmed booking prepaid 50 % of the rent guarantee the reservation. The remaining invoice amount must be paid no later than one month before arrival. In case of cancellation the advance payment will not be refunded . If canceled later than 14 days prior to arrival there is no refund of rent.
